James Parker cares for worship leaders across the country with Likewise Worship, a ministry helping worship leaders lead sustainably and finish well. After nine years as a worship pastor in Prescott, Arizona, he joined Likewise in 2020, where he leads one-on-one care calls and builds the care teams and systems behind them. Certified in Biblical Counseling, he also serves as worship pastor at Venture Church in Encinitas, and lives in San Diego with his wife Maren and their two sons.
